Concierge service
With the aim of reducing as much as possible the damage caused by urbanisation, the service carries out periodic reviews of the Security Plan and permanently develops new measures, supported by the Local Police and the Squad Mossos d’Esquadra Corps.
Among the missions carried out by the Commission are:
- Access control to urbanization.
- Attention to the static site of information and control existing at the housing of the entry of the Urbanization.
- Attention to the permanent Site of Information and Tracking of Communications and Issues.
- Organization and monitoring of regular rounds through the roadways and green areas of urbanization.
- • Follow-up of incidents and support for municipal initiatives for the good conservation of urbanization.
- Reporting collaborations with daily reports, monthly reports, analysis and special studies.
Cleanup service
- Support for cleaning and sweeping of the roads of urbanization and collection of remains.
- Support cleaning of grids and sinks.
- Clearing of land in green areas.
- Maintenance of the perimeter stripe, and cleaning of roasts and removing of debris to prevent fires.
Gardening service
- Take care of landscaped areas in roundabouts and green areas.
- Maintenance and repair of mouths and irrigation pipes.
- Maintenance of the closures of green areas.
- Pruning of trees that require it for causing problems on the roads or to the neighbors.
