The Entity

EUC CAN GIRONA

The owners association was created under the 1978 Urban Management Regulation, with the exclusive scope of action being the residential community of Can Girona.

The goods and services subject to maintenance and conservation by Entity include the perimeter strip for compliance with the obligations arising from Law 5/2003 of 22 April of forest fire prevention; the implementation services of the Autoprotection Plan (PAU); and other goods and services that are part of its equipment.

The General Assembly of Ownerships held on an ordinary basis once a year is the supreme organ of the Entity. For its part, the Governing Council, consisting of five members, are elected by the General Assembly for a period of two years, is the highest executive body.
